Ep 10: Presenting you to Indian breakfasts – Mooli paratha
If you couldn’t inform already, I’m a paratha lady. Enjoy this little story of the struggles of being vegan in a meat+ milk caring country while I make a classic Punjabi breakfast: mooli paratha.
Btw, I duplicate, if you cook for yourself, you can quickly make it through in France. Vegan options are accessible and the produce from farmer’s market is of excellent quality! Eating out is a pain in the butt. If you don’t live in one of the significant cities (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nice), it will certainly be tough.
For rmooli/radish filling:
* 1 white radish, (mooli, daikon), large
* 1-2 green chili peppers, finely cut
* 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
* 1 tsp cumin powder
* 1 tsp garam masala
* salt, to taste
* oil for food preparation
