Step 1 Create a page
click the โ+ Newโ at the top of the page, and then click the page option.
name the page โBlogโ and then publish the page.
our home page still has our blog posts but a link to our Blog page now exists. Open the link to the blog page in a new tab, and weโd find that it is empty.
Step 2
Go to your WordPress settingsโบclick on the โreadingโ sectionโบchange the โYour homepage displaysโ from latest posts to a static page.
From the Posts page drop-down, select the newly created page which we called โBlogโ.
Save the current settings, and then go to the new tab opened earlier.
the page is still empty, refresh the page
Return to your WordPress settings โบ readingโบ Your homepage displays โบclick on the Home page drop-down.
Step 3
Open a new tab and create a new page there, then call it โHomeโ and fill it with some content
return to the settings tab, and refresh. Click on the Homepage drop-down under โYour homepage displaysโ again and you should see the Home page as an option.
Save your settings.
So how do we go about making the front page beautiful?
Search for โElementorโ plugin under plugins on the WordPress dashboard, then install and activate the โElementor Page Builderโ plugin
Now go to the home page, and click on โEdit with Elementorโ, and you can set it to use the pageโs full width from Elementorโs setting
Now you can choose the templates of your choice
