This is the recipe I make when I’m doing a refrigerator clean up and trust me, once you make this, you are mosting likely to be also. BHAJI Recipe:.

Veggies for the Bhaji.
* 2-3 potatoes (large to tool).
* 1 cup (concerning 130 g) cauliflower, about sliced.
* 1 mug (concerning 130 g) carrot, about cut.
* 1 mug (regarding 140 g) environment-friendly peas, fresh or icy.
* 1 bell pepper, green, red, or yellow.
* Enough water – for pressure-cooking or steaming the veggies in a pot.
For sauce base:.
2-3 tbsp neutral oil.
* 1 tsp cumin seeds.
* 1 medium to large onion.
* 1 tablespoon diced ginger and garlic, 1 inch ginger & 3 big garlic cloves minced, or ginger-garlic paste.
* 1 to 2 environment-friendly chilies, sliced.
* 2 to 3 large tomatoes, diced.
* 1 tsp ground turmeric.
* 2-3 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder.
* 2 to 3 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala – song this to your preference, I like it on the higher side.
* Additional water for the gravy, as required.
* salt, to taste.
Added:.
* Pav (dinner rolls).
* 3 to 4 tbsp Butter – for toasting pav and covering the bhaji.
* 3-4 lemon wedges.
* 1 onion – medium to large, carefully chopped.
* 6-7 stalks coriander leaves, sliced, for garnish.
